The Rushcliffe Oaks office is open on weekdays, except bank holidays, from 9.00am – 5.00pm Monday to Thursday and from 9.00am – 4.30pm on Fridays.

The pedestrian gates for the site are always unlocked, giving access 24 hours a day, all year round. Vehicle gates are open during office hours as above, and also from 9.00am – 5.00pm on Saturdays, Sundays, and Bank Holidays.

Crematorium Tours:

We hold Open Days each year to provide an opportunity for anyone to take a tour of the crematorium and to ask our staff team any questions you may have, but we will also endeavour to accommodate individual tours at other times if we are able. Please contact the office if you would like to arrange one of these, and we will try to find a time with you that will fit around the operational activities of the crematorium.
