Price Information: Cremation Fees

Valid on services conducted from 1st April 2024 – 31st March 2025
• All fees are for Monday to Friday services unless otherwise stated.
• Items marked * are offered subject to availability, at Crematorium Manager’s discretion.

Adult Cremation Full Service / Committal – 60 minute slot (45 minutes for service) — £995
Adult Cremation Early Service (9.30am only) — £825
Children (under 18) — no charge
*Direct Adult Cremation – unattended (8.30am or 8.45am) — £525
*Saturday Adult Cremation – 60 minute slot (between 9.30am and 1.00pm only) — £1395

Surcharges:

Witnessed charge (please arrange with Rushcliffe Oaks office at time of booking) — £160
Note: The above fee applies for witnessed charges completed within the 60 minutes of a Full Service allocation. For witnessed charges requiring a longer duration, please book additional time as below.
Additional time in Ceremony Hall (45 minutes) — £500
*Saturday additional time in Ceremony Hall (45 minutes) — £625

The above Cremation Fees include:
• All professional fees relating to the administration and registration of the Cremation, in line with statutory requirements.
• The use of our Ceremony Hall and assistance from one of our Attendants on the day of the service.
• The unwitnessed scattering of ashes within our memorial grounds or the preparation of the ashes for their removal in a bio-box along with a Cremation Certificate. Alternatively we will store the ashes for a period of up to 3 months, at the end of which, if no response has been received to a request for further instructions, we will perform an unwitnessed scattering.
• Any environmental levy where applicable.

• Please note: Music, visual tribute, and webcasting requirements for services at Rushcliffe Oaks are provided in conjunction with Obitus. We are unable to accept tributes provided to us directly without being processed through our media supplier.
