Services at Rushcliffe Oaks
The Ceremony Hall at Rushcliffe Oaks is a light and tranquil space catering for every requirement, from a simple, personal service to larger celebrations of life, with seating for 128 and standing room for more.
A 60 minute time period is provided, giving plenty of time for a sensitive service and saying your goodbyes before departing without feeling hurried or rushed. If you wish, further time can also be allocated.
Our service times begin at:

- 10.45 am
- 12.00 pm
- 1.15 pm
- 2.30 pm
- 3.45 pm
Service times indicate the time the cortege will arrive at Rushcliffe Oaks. If you are attending a service please arrive suitably beforehand.

There is parking for over 100 vehicles at Rushcliffe Oaks, with additional public parking at the nearby Shepherd's Pocket Park & Ride. Alternatively, the Cotgrave bus service runs every 20 minutes during the day from the centre of Nottingham. Use the Golf & Country Club stop for Rushcliffe Oaks. Arrival time is approximately four minutes earlier than for the Manvers Arms, shown on the Trent Barton website.
